1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Lime IPTV mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is a media player. It does not host, provide, sell, broadcast or aggregate any television channels, movies, series or other media content. It only plays media streams from playlists that you, the user, add yourself.
3. Your playlists and content
To use the App you must supply your own M3U, M3U8 or Xtream Codes API playlist. You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for having all rights, licenses and subscriptions required to access that content in your jurisdiction.
4. No piracy
We do not support, encourage or condone piracy or the use of copyright-protected content without authorization. Using the App to access unauthorized content is a violation of these Terms and may be illegal where you live.
5. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the App or any part of it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to break any law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the normal operation of the App or its distribution channels.
7. Third-party services
The App may interact with third-party services such as Google Play, Chromecast, EPG providers and your own IPTV provider. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality or policies of those third parties.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features described on this website, without prior notice. Some features depend on your device, network and IPTV provider.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted playback or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
