Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the Lime IPTV mobile application (the "App") handles information. We built the App to work without accounts and to keep your data on your device wherever possible.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not require registration and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or payment details. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

3. Playlists and settings

Playlist URLs, Xtream Codes credentials, favorites, parental-control PIN and playback preferences are stored locally on your device. They are transmitted only to the IPTV provider you configure, in order to load and play your streams.

4. Technical and diagnostic data

We may process anonymous technical data such as app version, device model, operating system version and crash reports to keep the App stable. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

5. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions it needs: internet access for streaming, local network access for casting and device discovery, and storage access when you import a playlist file from your device.

6. Third-party services

Distribution and some optional features rely on third parties such as Google Play, Google Cast, advertising or analytics SDKs where present, and your own IPTV or EPG provider. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Content and copyright

The App is a player only. It does not provide channels or media, and it does not monitor what you watch. We do not support piracy or the use of copyright-protected content without authorization.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Parents can use the built-in parental control to PIN-lock channels and categories.

9. Data retention and your rights

Because your data is stored locally, you can erase it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection regarding any data we process.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
